(September 7, 2022, 7:55 pm)Several years ago I sought an affordable and equally convenient storage facility to house my ailing parent's most prized possessions. As they Both simulatenously fought crippling illnesses that would eventually claim their lives, Stephanie and her colleagues over there at Self Storage at E-Commerce made this often painful transition as smooth as possible, and very doable when virtually everything else in my world seemed Impossible. As things in my life and the world in general became more and more volatile, they remained understanding and accommodating. I was so touched and grateful for their professionalism and graciousness that I eventually came back to them, two years after my parents passed, just to store My Own materials...because I trust them. I know E-Commerce will keep my things Safe and Accessible for the foresseable future. It's been a wonderful business relationship these past 5 years, but it is also one I have come to value on a deeply personal level.

I let her know there was only one person to call, Stephanie at e Commerce. She is one of the most pleasant and professional people I have had the pleasure to deal with.
Very rarely can you get a top quality facility, a fair price and fantastic service in the same place but we found it here!
(May 13, 2022, 3:12 pm)As with most people, the pandemic threw a dilemma into our lives. Mine was to move into a smaller home, a one-level ranch. Downsizing from a bi-level Colonial, I required three storage units. Stephanie and Christina made relocating less arduous and more like heaven on Earth. From keeping me informed when a unit had become available to telling me when the box truck would be available, they were A-1. Always pleasant and easy to talk to concerning storage options. The climate-controlled storage units best preserve my belongings until I can totally settle down in my new home. E-commerce storage has been a five-star experience.

*may 2022 update: I have had them for storage for a year now and would like to say that everything has been wonderful. The staff is always helpful with all of my needs. They keep the building and office clean and maintained. I couldn’t be happier with a storage unit.*
