They where awesome attentive to detail, fast service, they don't honor neighbors prices but they have coupons online. No appointment needed drive up. They are alittle to high again coupons help.
I had a very great experience at Jiffylube this morning. They accepted my Groupon with no problem , kept their word on how long it would take ( which was only about 25 min) , and answered other questions I had. They also provided me with a coupon book for next time and their customer service was excellent . He knew who I was when I got there based off our phone conversation ( which means he was paying attention). I will definitely be back. Thank you guys.

Wonderful, quick, honest service!
Over the past few days, my vehicle had been close to over heating. I believed my engine wasn't shutting off properly so my plan was to take it to a shop when I wasn't working. Well, my temperature gauge was running dangerously high on my way home this evening so I crossed my fingers and pulled in to the closest jiffy lube. I spoke with Jacob who was very kind and honest about what they could do and an estimate on price going off of the information I'd provided. In less than a half hour, my car was cleaner and running so much better! I'd apparently been low on coolant so they topped me off, got my oil changed, tires filled, filter cleaned with no attempts to upsell me on things I didn't need. Jacob explained exactly what they did; the fan in my motor was trying to compensate for the lack of cool air so it was taking longer to shut off.
I was treated like an intelligent customer and I appreciated it sincerely. Thank you for getting this resolved so quickly and making me feel safe and confident in my decision.
