“This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly. The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously.”

“Good food, good service, good vibes. I went for the first time with a women's group from church after we walked alongside the beach, we worked up an appetite and it did not disappoint. Get the lavender vanilla latte!!! Trust me you will be back from more. I also got the egg, cheese and sausage croissant as it came highly recommended and it was spot on. Price was reasonable for the area (~$15 per person with tip). The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. They treat you like family but also professional. I appreciate that there was seating both inside and outside. I'm already planning my trip back!!!”

Mark who was my service representative was truly amazing with his honesty on my wait times and explaining clearly what needed to be done. Never before was I happy to wait while getting my car serviced 🙂 I was provided with a shuttle car service by Mark Springer and that was too service as well. “Really I just went there to use the air pump machine. The air pump was very strong, fast and didn't eat my change for just a couple of minutes like a lot of pumps around town at other stations. In fact, I had more than enough time to air all 4 truck tires up (3 were starting from just 11 to 13 lbs of air only). When I went inside to purchase a candybar -felt like I should buy something. But I was in and out quick. Clerk made eye contact and was courteous.”

“I recommend this store because it’s a great place and has great service. The tall guy named Tony was excellent and so nice and he even gave me a free 2 liter. I ordered 6 wings, a side of gizzards, and 4 drumsticks and they were fresh out out the fryer steaming out and ready when I get there. I love this place, it’s food, and the employees who work here. If you are hungry and love fried chicken you need to come to this store I promise you won’t regret it! Also, this store opens at 6 am just to serve people before work.”

The technician offered recommendations about my vehicle that wasn’t based on up-selling like I have dealt with at other shops, rather he had vehicle safety in mind. The manager and service advisor were both polite, conversationally pleasant, and nearly all of them offered some sort of compliments about my vehicle and expressed a sincere excitement to see my new tires installed.
