I originally had an issue with Hi Caliber in the services we sought on getting my gun ceracoted and etched. After speaking with Carey and taking the gun back to him, he acknowledged the work was not up to his usual level of performance and offered to re-do the gun. I picked the gun up today (one week later, which was a much better turn around time than the original work) and I am extremely pleased with the work. As I told him, I am much more interested in his willingness to fix the issues than in the issues themselves. He stood by his word and I couldn't be happier with the resolution and the finished product.
This is as good as it gets. Beautiful, innovative, product every time. Cary has done 6 projects for me and each time it exceeded my expectations!
