    If you're looking for an awesome trainer to get you back in shape, you cannot do better than Mitch!! He truly cares about the success of each and every client and, not only knows what he's talking about regarding fitness, but knows how to motivate and encourage. One look at his before and after pics, and it's clear that he is living proof of how it's done! Consider it an investment in yourself. You will not be disappointed!!

    As someone who is already pretty active, I needed something to take me to the next level and working with Mitch through the Mitch Fit program did just that. Mitch is an amazing personal trainer who takes the time to listen to your goals and designs a program that fits you and your lifestyle. The program Mitch has created for me has been challenging yet I feel confident in my ability to complete them through the coaching and motivation Mitch gives me. Since working with Mitch I have seen growth and I'm excited because I know it will only get better.

    Training with Mitchell has changed my life! He has been the only person to truly help me change my body to reach personal goals. I could give over 100 reasons why Mitchell is a wonderful trainer but to keep things reasonable I will sum it up! While being smart, talented, and organized, Mitchell comes up with creative and personalized training programs to really suit people's needs. He is also a very lively and enthusiastic person in general and just radiates energy!
    All of my workouts/programs have been well explained, Perfectly structured, and have been VERY effective. I've witnessed this through friends training with Mitchell as well. In about one year Mitchell has helped me reach my goal of becoming a WNBF Bikini Pro. Looking at my body before training I would never have thought this could've been accomplished. I can tell he does a lot of research and reading about his field. He understands how to create the change effectively that clients want. He really cares as a trainer and a friend and wants everyone to achieve their goals!

    I've been working with Mitchell for about two months now and the experience is awesome! Though I live in Minnesota and he's based in Virginia, the website and app make all the services he offers easy across the distance. From my workout schedule to nutrition, he makes it so easy giving me all the tools I need to stay motivated and form new habits to achieve my goals. While the website and app help facilitate my workouts, don't be mistaken, he still pushes me and motivates me to make healthy choices and power through some tough workouts!

    He's a truly awesome personal trainer who takes into consideration my weaknesses (like an addiction to peanut butter M&Ms) and gives me smart, realistic solutions to break unhealthy habits and form smart, healthy ones. He motivates me when I need it, keeps me accountable to both my goals and cheers me on to make me feel extra accomplished -- which is sometimes all we need to make a tough workout feel even better. If you're considering setting a new fitness goal or changing things up, and aren't sure where to start, Mitch Fit is the way to go.

    Mitch does a great job creating a program that both works and is unique for each of his clients. He is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to questions about technique, form, equipment, and nutrition. I've had great results since starting his program. I've gained around 16 pounds of muscle.
