(December 27, 2021, 10:19 am)Mac’s is the most thorough repair shop I’ve ever used, and yet remains one of the more affordable options I have as well. They have found and fixed issues that my dealership and other shops have missed. I’m a huge fan of the video and picture text system that they use. You will see documentation of each issue as clear as day before authorizing the repair, along with an explanation of that part’s impact on the rest of the car. I put a lot of miles on my car and depend on it to make a 200 mile round trip commute twice a week, and Mac’s is the only shop I plan on letting touch my car from here on out. Great work at a fair price.
(December 16, 2021, 9:37 am)I like taking my car to Mac's. I only have one hybrid vehicle and they do all my major work on this vehicle and the one I had before. I get free oil changes from my dealer but every other mechanical service I get done there. They also do work on my other vehicle. I dropped me car off after hours the night before and they were able to get the work done I needed by end of the day. They call when they know what needs to be done have an estimate. They also provide recommendations without the pressure of getting the work done. I trust that if they recommend work, it needs to be done

Charles was great to work with and let me up to date on the repairs and what was needed and done. I highly recommend Mac’s for working on your vehicle and I will definitely return.
