For several reasons and specifically for the KINDNESS expressed by their Manager HEATHER - let me explain - my family recently visited there and as we were leaving, we accidentally dropped a Under Armour bag of clothes we recently purchased (over $200 worth) - and a VERY kind customer found it in the parking lot and submitted it over to Heather and her team for anyone claiming it later (WOW!) After I discovered that we were losing the bag, I called and Heather explained she explained this act of kindness and she would FedEx our bag to us in Maryland! WOW! WOW! what a kind gesture from Heather and her team at Panera! This exemplifies the culture of Panera as a company who’s employees embraces this culture as a important member of the community! Thank you Heather and Team Panera for showing the importance beyond Profits!!!
(November 2, 2019, 10:55 am)I love Panera Bread especially since they are now in Ashland Virginia. The service was wonderful. And as always they have a wonderful breakfast. So many to pick from. One of my favorite is the everything bagel whipped cream cheese. And I love the dark roast coffee. They have various teas to pick from. Herbal, black, absolutely wonderful.

(804) 496-4001. The only bright spot in this Panera was the cashier, Haley! She was bright-eyed and bushy tailed with a peppy demeanor and a pleasant attitude. I love Panera Bread and have been to many locations in various states. Have never had a problem with quality of anything I have ordered.
