  I cannot say enough good about this company. Everything from their office personnel to their technician Cody was top notch.   Very happy with Gilman. Was crazy about Tim and so sorry to hear that he is now gone, but Colby is a highly recommended alternative!

  Technician arrived spot on time for a biannual service of split system including one hybrid using natural gas. Used shoe covers inside. Pleasing demeanor. Outlined scope of service on completion. Prompt email receipted-invoice within a couple of hours. Good job. Satisfied customer.

  I was told about Gilman from a couple I have known for years. They had an annual contract where Gilman would come out to their home every six months. They were so incredible and nursed their heating and air-conditioning system along for several years. Finally it had to be replaced and they gave them a wonderful deal.
  When I had an issue, I knew exactly who to call.
  
  My experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The office staff was courteous and polite. Two separate people focused on my issue and had it resolved within 24 hours. I own The Apple Blossom Inn which is a wedding and special event site I had to events coming up on the calendar and it was so important that my heat work when it was just 35° outside.
  
  If you need service repair or an entire heating and air-conditioning system, I recommend them without hesitation. They are the definition of superstars in this industry.
