  Had a light on our camper issue while passing through Ashland. Stopped in as soon as they opened in AM. Everyone from the tech Tony, to the parts guy, to the lady in service was pleasant, professional and helpful! What a great place!!

  From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was so nice and accommodating. Our salesman Terriel was very knowledgeable of the units we wanted to see. He was so personable and very low pressure. We felt like we got a fantastic deal and working with Kim on the finance piece was a dream. The walkthrough on the coach when we came for pickup was very thorough, and Chris made us feel like true VIPs. Bottom line is that we have never had a more enjoyable experience when making a big ticket purchase. Would highly recommend your dealership.

  Overall experience at the dealership was excellent. A big thank you to Maurice who completed our walk through and was knowledgeable about my new 5th wheel. Also Stephan in Service for his help with transferring some of my personal items from the old to the new. They both went above and beyond to help with everything.   This was truly the most rewarding experience we have ever had at an RV place! General RV is our new RV center! Not only do they treat ALL the customers as VIPs, they are customer-oriented every step of the way....from the time you walk in the door to purchase an RV and up to the point of signing a contract. They do not pressure you, but answer any question you have. They bring in the experts that show you everything you need to know about the RV you are purchasing. It truly was an awesome experience purchasing through them.
