When our old Konica Minolta copier purchased through another company had reached its life expectancy and was costing us dearly in maintenance fees, Dennis with Southern Copier found us a bargain on a better, faster and more fully equipped model. Our secretaries are thrilled to have the folding and stapling features, which we had not had before. We have also been pleased with the response of the service department on the few occasions we have needed them. Financially, I appreciate that our maintenance agreement is more reasonable than before. We are satisfied customers.
