  Good hotel, but needs better security

  This hotel is convenient to I-10, and the presence of a large Love's service center on the opposite side of the highway makes it doubly so. At the same time, it is far enough removed to be quiet. Road noise won't disturb your sleep. An indoor pool (alas, no hot tub) complements the usual HIE breakfast fare. Our room was reasonably up to date, and comfortable.
  My one reservation about the hotel is that there is no fence to separate the rear parking lot from the adjoining street. Everyone staying at the hotel the night we were there attempted to park in the relatively small lot in front of the hotel, and then spilled over onto one of the sides. Precisely one vehicle parked in the rear, so it looks like other guests shared our concerns about security.

  Great hotel, keeping it in mind for our next trip through Baton Rouge!
  
  We checked in and said we would be staying for two nights. There was a lady who was incredibly inviting that brought us fresh, hot food from the kitchen for breakfast and made pleasant small talk. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in large bottle so we didn't have to ask for more. Body lotion was also there and the shower head was really great. The hotel had a nice environment and was a perfect stop for some rest. They had two elevators which made for quick transfers up and down the floors. One final note is that we only stayed for 10 hours during the day, so they insisted that we only pay for one night instead of the two nights we originally said we would stay during our check-in.
  
  Overall, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Really clean, front desk lady was really sweet. Laundry facility was immaculate. Hot breakfast (no continental, due to covid) was awesome, the service was great. The pool was clean and well maintained.

  Really nice place, people, and service. Kindly got our injured cat in same day to address an absess. Very knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced service.
