We had to replace the thermostat on water heater. We called roto rooter and they sent the technician to give the estimate. We found it reasonable and the work was finished the same day.

I called roto rooter and they sent a technician out to snake the drain. The snake was unsuccessful so they sent out a camera tech for free. The dispatcher called when the tech was 30-45 minutes out. The camera tech arrived 2 hours later without notice of delayed arrival. The camera tech was very unfamiliar with plumbing or what the video was showing. The camera tech didn’t know how to remove the trap and put the clean out cover on backwards. With no resolution they scheduled an appointment for their experience plumber to come without consulting me and closed the ticket without prompting. End of original review. After the original review was posted they contacted me and sent out a senior tech. He was able to diagnose and solve the problem free of charge. He also was able to comment on the plumbing and note why previous technicians and camera were not successful. He also made recommendations of products and cautions for future use. Although it was rough not having a sink for a week (part of that is due to my availability during the week) I am glad to have the problem fixed. Thanks roto rooter!

Very excellent service, got a same day appointment and employees where nice and efficient. They actually went and purchased the parts I needed and replaced tub handle and shower head, works great! Would definitely recommend, Thank you
