  Unfortunately, I originally was sold tires that were for a light truck. Josh made me aware but was able to have someone go to a warehouse near by. I take partial blame for the error, hence the rating. It added another hour to the appointment but I had time and it didn't bother me too much.

  We receive car care here at Firestone. The company is always courteous and is customer focused. I have been coming to this location for several years now and trust their work and ability to resolve any of my car care needs. The people who work here take the time to explain things in a way that a non-mechanical person can understand. I will continue to do business with Firestone for many years to come.

  It is rare to find any store with even “decent” service anymore. I have gotten 2-3 sets of tires from them and they are always helpful, friendly and timely with their service. Corey is great to work with and they don’t hassle you when price matching tires.
