Dorn's Body and Paint

You would never think you could get an excellent experience from a body shop but this one provide’s better customer service than any certified customer service agency. My vehicle was being repaired through insurance but every step of the way I was being informed of its progress and the next steps. Although I missed my vehicle the folks there took extraordinary care of it and made sure that everything was done and checked top to bottom. The cherry on top was the detailed vehicle I got back and additional services received due to the time away from my car. Thank you so much to everyone at this shop. My son’s car will be coming there very shortly.

The team at Dorn's was amazing. Clay kept me updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure the highest customer service. Every part of the experience was customer focused and everyone there had that as a priority. Perfect outcome and my car is actually better than new!!

Dorn's did a great job. They commuicated throughout the duration of my car being in the shop and gave my updates each step of the day. They offered great follow up detailing options and even helped get my rental back to enterprise.

I loved working with Dorn. Clay and Angela particularly were so helpful - Dorn went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, including putting my car back together so I could drive it when waiting for final parts to come in. They made an otherwise bad experience - an accident - a great one overall. And I’m definitely taking advantage of the wash/vacuum 4x/year - already cancelled my carwash membership ;) thank you Clay and Dorn!
