BetterMed Urgent Care

It seems I get sick when in VA. Went on a late Sunday and the staff was extremely nice. The nurse and PA were both very nice and thorough. Appreciate them!

I’ve visited the Mech BetterMed a few times now and each time it’s very clean, and the front desk staff are kind, efficient, and friendly! I go early to avoid waiting, but once I had to go later in the day, and processing from the front desk to back clinicians and out the door was efficient and friendly. Sean and Dr. Kim make a good team! They’re also kind, efficient, and friendly. A rare find anymore! Thanks guys!!

Today I was very pleased with the service given by the provider and front desk staff. My kids had to get a Covid test and the staff being pleasant made the experience a good one. Thank you for being so friendly and professional

Went in for a walk in visit. Was greeted by Paula who was courteous and professional. Was taken to the back where the nurse Michelle took my vitals and ask questions. Then Carrie Goodrich came in with my diagnosis. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Easy professional process. Couldn’t have been any better. Thank you for working in this crazy pandemic and taking such great care of your patients.

Beautiful and clean facility. Extremely friendly staff. I was brought back to a room immediately after I registered. A nurse came in within minutes to provide my treatment and the NP came in very shortly after. I received what I needed and was put the door in less than 20 minutes. Exceptional service and great experience from beginning to end. I’ll be choosing them over Patient First for any future urgent care needs.
