(August 20, 2019, 11:38 am)I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Mechanicsville Miracle-Ear office. Having had hearing aids in the past, I felt I knew what to expect. This was very different. Susan greeted me warmly, and introduced me to Kathy, who did my testing, measuring, etc.,and most importantly, TEACHING. She answered all of my questions, and told me so many things that would help me to get the most from my experience with these hearing aids, chosen to perfectly fit my needs. She took the mystery out of the equation, and I really appreciate it.
Both these ladies have managed to blend friendliness with professionalism. It's a joy to talk with and see them.
If you are considering hearing aids, this office and these people are tops.
It's a whole new world of sounds out there for me thanks to their good care.
