Verizon

Took 1 minute in store to fix a phone issue, after being when I customer service phone call, and 30 minutes later the lady on the other end of the phone was still looking up information, and the gentleman at the door of the Verizon store wanted to discourage me from going in. I really don't care which way I receive customer service as long as I'm receiving it. The phone number for customer service when you have an issue is not providing customer service and Verizon needs to do something about that. The person answering those calls should have basic knowledge of what Verizon programs are at the very least and they do not!!

Had to wait in car but they did not forget us. The employee who waited on us was very patient and helpful. Verizon wireless is the problem as they messed up a simple online order and 3 days later has still not been resolved. If any other wireless phone company would work in a rural environment I would drop Verizon.
