(September 28, 2018, 11:23 am)It’s hard to find Jerky anywhere that isn’t soaked in preservative chemicals or that isn’t sourced from some factory farm somewhere... these guys are local, the beef is local, and they had to be really thorough in the production process. This is no garage-scale operation like you might find at a farmers market. Honestly recommended!
