I was given an appointment quickly and my appointment was perfectly timed. The atmosphere was inviting and safe. I was presented with all the details of my teeth without being embarrassed about how poorly I treated them the last few years. Dr Kim was fantastic explaining everything he was doing and what was to be expected. My treatment and payment options were laid out and they answered all my questions. “Can't say enough good things about Dr. Wong and staff in Ashland VA. but I'll try! Dr. Wong has been our dentist since 2000. Being a mother of three I wanted to make sure I started them off early and with a dentist that has patience as well as knowledge. When I brought my three year old twins in for the first visit he put them in the same chair and made a fun impression on them therefore they didn't mind returning. Dr. Wong and his staff are professional, courteous and welcoming people. He along with his assistant Katie has taken care of our family's root canals, crowns, broken teeth and even putting my son through braces. He most recently finished a bridge for me and extracted my daughter's four wisdom teeth; that's right, the girl twin. The color of my bridge match perfect and the fit is superb! We trust his work and his advice completely and all of his work has been outstanding. I feel fortunate that his two sons are following in his footsteps. We highly recommend. Go ahead and give Marion a call, she is just wonderful!”

“I have lived in the area for 20 years, and after trying too many different dentists, I am over the moon about finding Dr. Aldred and his truly wonderful team - with a plus of being only 10 minutes from my home! Absolutely everyone in the office is a delight. Tina at the front desk is a wizard with insurance and managing appointments. Jennifer is sweet as could be, as are Megan and Kate, and they are all caring, efficient and make you feel special. Dr. Aldred has the genuine persona of the comfortable down-to-earth doc. He has solved many problems for me that others have either passed off as nothing or tried to over treat. He explains problems and treatment thoroughly and is everything you want in a dentist - period. (And I am a bit of an old fusspot.) Going into the office today, I had a (gigantic) small chip in my front tooth, and I feared any patch might be obvious. He fixed it so perfectly that I truly cannot see any variation in my tooth color! It was fast and painless. Thank you, Dr. Aldred, and all the lovely ladies in your office.
