“Great communication: appreciate the ability to send a request online after hours, fast response to request, able to schedule appointment within a couple of days, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good use of email and texting. The big chains no longer schedule appointments for state inspections, I appreciate the ability to do so as I needed to wait with my vehicle. Only complaint is "where do I park" but I understand the popularity of the business given the quality of service received. My new "go to" for service.”
