I have rented a storage unit at Staples Mill Mini Storage for over a year, and I haven't had any problems whatsoever! Pam rented me the unit when I had decided to change storage facilities. She was great then, and she is still very friendly and helpful whenever I need anything or just have a question for her. That is why when my daughter needed a unit last week I told her to check out my storage facility. She decided to rent a unit and Bill was working when she went to do all of the paperwork and rent a Uhaul truck also. Bill was super awesome, and he went the extra mile to make sure she got situated and moved into her unit. His excellent customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Pam and Bill are both great! Staples Mill Mini Storage is a first-class business. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and safe storage option!
I am extremely grateful and pleased with the services provided! The owner Pam and staff assistance, Bill are truly one of a kind . Due to power outage and emergency move out, my family had to move items immediately to storage and we had uhaul full with no help! Pam and Bill went above and beyond the call of duty by helping unload and pack the storage unit! I don't know any local storage company who would have done that. We are so thankful and will never forget their good deeds!
This place will work with you and Bill the office guy is awsome and Pam is great too. Best storage unit on this side of town.
