Specialty Drapery

Specialty Drapery helped me lengthen some existing curtain panels that were originally in my grandmother's home. The lengthening was executed beautifully and has given the panels a whole new life. My next project is already underway as I've been so pleased with the experience!

I had a very good experience getting some new blinds that would block more light for my guestroom. I had an idea what I wanted (motorized blinds), and the consultant sent me a couple videos so I could narrow my choices down. In a few days, she came to my home (masked ? ) with lots of samples to help me work through exactly what I wanted in terms of color, size and texture. The process went quickly, and I appreciate that I was given an idea of what to expect; e.g., that wider blinds would allow for more of a view, & that the closed blinds wouldn’t block every trace of light.
Installation was arranged for a little over a month out, I seem to recall. That’s the fastest turnaround time I recall having for anything I’ve had custom-made for my home. Considering it was the fall and during Covid, I was quite pleased. Installation was quick & easy. The installer arrived promptly at the appointed time, he knew what he was doing, and he wore a mask (?) and booties on his shoes. I’m very happy with the entire experience. It’s a first class product with first class service. You get what you pay for.
