(April 11, 2020, 2:35 pm)We ordered Firehouse from DoorDash and our driver picked up the wrong order. We called this restaurant and (we didn't get the associate's name) were helped by the nicest guy. He knew exactly who were were, he knew our driver picked up the wrong order and even told the driver not to take the bag, but the driver didn't hear/understand him.
The guy at Firehouse that helped us immediately took down our number, called Doordash on our behalf and helped us get a new order delivered. He called to update us and was very sincere. He was great to work with and we will continue to order from this location because the service is top notch.
