(February 20, 2022, 9:46 pm)This complex was a bit out of my price range however, it is a really nice complex. Very well-kept and modern! Not to mention, it is in a GREAT location and surrounded by the top tier restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. in the Richmond area.
The leasing team is absolutely wonderful. I worked with Gabrielle and she is truly amazing at what she does! She’s very accommodating and exudes positive energy which I believe is essential to have when you’re looking to rent. Because with that great energy and kindness, you know you’ll be taken care of.
If this apartment is in your budget, I would HIGHLY recommend.
