I have nothing but good things to say about RichPro, especially their technician Zach. He's been out to our house several times for the routine maintenance and everytime is extremely thorough and asks if we have any concerns or questions. Recently we also had a rather immediate issue of wasps getting into our house, and Zach was quick to respond the next morning after reaching out the previous evening.

I want to compliment my RichPro inspection guy, Zach. He's thorough and courteous, very professional. What I love about this guy is that he always goes above and beyond and lets me know if he sees any non-termite related problems around my house. Two years ago, he noticed standing water in my crawl space, so I was able to get some ductwork repaired before things got worse. He saved the day again this year and let me know that he had noticed lots of condensation in the crawl space during his inspection. It turns out I had a big mess down there again, and I've been able to get the restoration done promptly because he let me know about it.

I'm counting on Zach liking his job because I don't want to deal with anyone else! Thank you, Zach and Richpro!
