In the past I went to the office on Maples. I came to the new short Pump office because it is closer to my home. The building is new & modern. The office is on the first floor & has handicap & wheelchair accessible parking. The staff were courteous & followed coronavirus protocols. The wait was short. Dr. Van's physicians assistant was professional and pleasant. She sent me to x-rays and for a follow up MRI. My experience at this office was pleasant and efficient. I would recommend them highly.

Very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Dr Matt was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and attentive.
I needed reassurance that I was following the correct instructions for home care concerning my broken foot and the possibility of follow-up surgery to correct or limit surrounding tissue damage.
