  Brandon was amazing throughout the process of buying our first home. His passion for real estate and excitement for us allowed us to be calm and focused on the possibility of owning our first home! The first meeting we had with him, he educated us on the home-buying experience and listened to our desires. He was respectful of our budget and was very responsive. We found a house we loved and he helped us create a competitive offer. We won the house because of his knowledge of the market. He showed up during the inspection, even after we had closed on the house, embracing the Providence Hill belief of walking with clients before, during, and after the home-buying process. Due to his communication, knowledge, and ability to educate us, we truly trusted him throughout the process. We are so thankful we did!

  We were so fortunate to be under the care of Elliott Gravitt and his team at Providence Hill in selling our home and in purchasing our dream home! We are so thankful for the big and small ways Elliott looked after us, from his quick responsiveness and easy accessibility to his sharp attention to details. Elliott made the process of selling and buying as pleasant as possible! He is super knowledgeable, confident and faithful in the way he covered us in prayer. My husband and I couldn't be more grateful.

  Everyone at Providence Hill was so helpful through our entire process. They were very knowledgeable & made the whole process go so smooth. Even after we closed, they were still helping us navigate being first time home buyers. We worked with both Caleb & Allie throughout the process & they were both equally amazing! Would definitely use them again (if they didn't already help us find the perfect home!)

  Elliot was a perfect fit for my husband and I as we considered home buying; we are so grateful a friend referred us to him. Elliott introduced us to the current '22 housing market thoroughly and seamlessly, which is no small feat, especially with my husband being a first-time home buyer. Each step of the way Elliott was available and very quick to respond. We sincerely trusted him and really appreciated his honesty and genuine care for us in the process. He clearly found favor with the other players in the real estate game and also had great referrals for us throughout. We were particularly impressed with his skill around making an offer and the variety of ways to do so. The reason we went under contract on the FIRST house we put an offer on was because he knew exactly how to make the most strategic offer with what we had. He was also great at communicating important things succinctly and effectively. We had to make a game-time decision with a seller and Elliott was clear, to the point, and never pushed his own opinion rather wholeheartedly stood behind what we were comfortable with. It really was a gift to have a posture like his to work alongside. As a former sports coach- I cant think of a more dedicated, strategic, up-beat kind of real estate agent to have on your team! He totally coached us for the WIN.

  Working with Brandon was an amazing experience. He was so patient as we explored various options and different locations in the greater Richmond area trying to figure out what was best for our family. He even was willing to show my parent’s homes on our behalf as we lived several hours away at the beginning of our home search. We were considering building a home and then Brandon helped us find a house that had more features and higher-end finishes than we could have gotten in the new build. He helped guide us in writing a strong and clean offer, and it was accepted within hours of submitting!
  
  We have been in our home nearly a month now and could not be happier. Our new home is truly a dream home, and we are so thankful for the opportunity to work with Brandon. He’s very easy to work with, quick to respond, and incredibly professional.
