“Great company! The owner is very transparent and forthcoming. There are many agencies out there who do not follow through with paying their employees on time but since I have been here there have been tremendous changes, no turnover, and my deposits are always on time. The owner works with you to develop fresh ideas and makes an effort to make things better for his employees. I will say that the company is strict about compliance and documentation and if those standards are not met then things are addressed, but being that many companies in this field flirt with fraudulent billing, I have to give this company a thumbs up on making sure that notes are in files and that quality service is being delivered.”
