It had been a while since I had been able to go to a dentist and the staff did a wonderful job putting me at ease. Kind, thoughtful and professional best describes this office staff. When there was a miscommunication with my insurance they were compassionate and helped bring things to resolution. I am truly grateful for the staff as well as the experience. Although, I am new client it’s easy to see why they will have a daunting presence in the community. There staffing is amazing. I needed an IV prior to an Ironman competition and they worked to match a previous IV I received. While I was there for my drip it was easy to see how focused, concerned, and competent the staff of certified nurses who attended to “each and every individual” who walked in the door. I was amazed how compassionate, considerate, and respectful of each and every client regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity. As a former senior Army officer I was unequivocally impressed with the entire business operation. It’s not often you find an owner/partner of any organization so passionately engaged as I witnessed at the Short Pump (Greengate) location. I would highly encourage you to at least stop bye for a tour. There is something for everyone.”

Students go on mini TRIPS occasionally e.g library, strawberry farm, public parks etc, more fun planned for their summer program 😊🤗.Children have improved both academically and socially. There are many agencies out there who do not follow through with paying their employees on time but since I have been here there have been tremendous changes, no turnover, and my deposits are always on time. The owner works with you to develop fresh ideas and makes an effort to make things better for his employees. I will say that the company is strict about compliance and documentation and if those standards are not met then things are addressed, but being that many companies in this field flirt with fraudulent billing, I have to give this company a thumbs up on making sure that notes are in files and that quality service is being delivered.”
