Ms. Smith has CHANGED my approach to healthy relationships and boundaries. Not only that, she’s kind, generous and more than helpful as to providing insights on my intents and motives. She challenges me to think about my actions instead of just being on my team and blaming everyone else. She allows me to vent about it, and ALWAYS comes back with some insight on how I could’ve handled it and what I will do in the future. I feel strong and comfortable in my own skin- every single time I leave her appointments. What more could you ask for!
