Had some body work needed due to someone bumping into my car. Noah walked through the process necessary to make the repairs. I was kept informed about the status of the car every other day and the repair was completed on time and looks great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
Took my car to them after being rear-ended. Incredibly friendly staff first and foremost. They kept me in mind as schedules opened up and were able to fit me into their work calendars rather quickly when a spot opened in what's a crazy car repair market. They gave me an estimate with pictures to document needed fixes, stayed in constant contact throughout the process, and ultimately delivered quickly and within expected estimate guidance. After the completed repairs they even passed back savings from parts costs they ended up not fully needing. 10/10 service on all fronts.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Alan Conner Collision Center. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Daniel Campbell, the team manager, began the process with me, checking over the body work needed for my Toyota. He even buffed out a door scratch for me and gave me a tour of the facility. Sarah and Noah, front line employees, were helpful and Sarah updated me every two days on the work status of my car and Noah Conner drove me home on day one. The time period was 12 days. The finished work was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company for body repair work.
I was very impressed with Alan Conner. My wife was involved in a relatively minor accident that caused front end damage to her 2020 Honda CRV. We were obviously concerned about how the vehicle would act after being involved in an accident with all of the new technology. During the process, there was a delay due to parts, but I'll give Noah and the team credit for reaching out to everyone they could to find the parts. I was also very impressed with the phone calls from Sarah twice a week. Even if the vehicle wasn't ready, it was impressive to see a company that calls you to keep you informed.
Lastly, I waited about a month to write this review because I wanted to see how the vehicle performed after the repairs. We are blessed that the vehicle is functioning as it should and (knock on wood) there have been no issues. We have never had to use a collision company so this has been a first for us and we have been really happy with everything. I would highly recommend Alan Conner Collision.
