I will never use another car dealership again. Harriet makes you feel like family the second you walk through her doors! My husband and I just planned to look around but absolutely could not leave without a vehicle. She did everything humanly possible to get us good payments and a fair price and worked with our schedule and budget.we wanted a car that had not yet been cleaned and hoped to have it in time for Easter for our kids and she worked with us and let us take it today and is allowing us to have it cleaned at detailed with our person and still paying for it to be done. If you don't understand all the paperwork don't worry she will explain it in simple terms. I have never had such an amazing experience with any car dealership or car dealer in my entire life and I will continue to use her and her company until we can't anymore. A rough start to a great ending.
Mrs. Sally was quick to resolve. Surely I will recommend their firm again and again.
Mrs. Sally was very kind and worked with my Wife and myself on a trade in. The 1st vehicle purchased was problematic and we all decided a trade would be of best interest. She took us out of a 2007 and put us in a 2013. Newer, way less mileage, clean and running fine no additional monies and we were in and out riding all without a hitch. Other than agreed contracts.
