The team at East 51 is the most caring, detail oriented, and friendliest team i've gotten to work with! I lived at East 51 just shy of 3 years and honestly don't have a single compliant. All maintenance requests were taken care of quickly, whenever they entered the apartment they were so respectful of your space, and all emails / calls were to the office team were answered within a few hours, always answering your questions fully. Moving out to move into a home and outside of the amazing location will certainly miss the gorgeous apartment and team!!!

Excellent choice for individuals looking to get the downtown feel a Richmond but not have the compromises that are commonly associated with urban living. The apartments are generally spacious and well designed for new construction. The leasing staff was extremely pleasant during my time there, Unfortunately I had to relocate after to losing my job. Super convenient to the RIC Airport, parks and bike/walking trails. 5 out of 5

Loved living here! Management staff is polite, professional, and responsive. Location is safe and convenient. Beware of the freight trains at the transfer station directly behind the development they are loud and unrelenting at all times of night. Property is clean and well maintained and the social events are fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone looking in Richmond!

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to write this one. East 51 has been the best place I have ever rented at. The office staff are sweet and are willing to go over the top to help you out and make living here easier. Maintenance is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my needs. I couldn't beat a brand new apartment, beautiful riverfront area and awesome neighbors! I never have to fight for parking since all the lots are patrolled for my convenience. If you are considering living here, you won't be disappointed!!
