(April 29, 2021, 10:47 am)Our ADT technician was excellent! He was skilled, friendly and helpful. He even followed up over the next few days to see if there were any problems. When he saw we had called ADT with an issue, he called us directly and arranged a time to come replace the malfunctioning camera. The price is very affordable and gives us great peace of mind in an area that has a high crime rate.
(April 24, 2021, 8:41 pm)Although I was very disappointed to discover that my original ADT installer had misrepresented the medical alert bracelet that I got with my security system, Ray came out on a service call and he was great. Not only did he leave and return with a new button, he researched it for me and contacted me later that evening to let me know that it, in fact, was not water proof. This was the most important aspect of the entire system to me. Thank God I never fell or got sick in the shower while wearing the wrong thing.
So, the next day I contacted ADT and purchased a medical alert system. I would have done that in the first place had the installer of my security system not lied to me. Pushing the button on that bracelet would have done nothing. The installer had not even connected it to the monitoring system correctly.
Both Ray, the tech. and the young lady I spoke with regarding the medical alert system, were very helpful. I will feel so much safer once it arrives and is set up. I'm thankful what turned out to be the wrong bracelet malfunctioned from getting wet and I was able to be set on the right path for my needs.
(May 29, 2020, 5:31 pm)I've been going here for more than 20 years since i moved to Richmond in 1998. Always had great service. Very honest people - never try to fix something that is not broken. Keep coming back here with all our cars even though i moved to El Cerrito and El Sobrante.
