East Coast Endodontics

I can't recommend East Coast Endodontics enough! They scheduled me for an appointment the very next day and did an absolutely great job. I will definitely go back to them if I need anything else.

I am not a frequent review writer. However, when moved to such a degree that my level of overall impressiveness (and believe me, it takes quite a bit to impress me) is totally and completely exceeded and blown beyond comprehension, I must share. On a 10-point high scale, this establishment gets a full 50+!
I had been in utter agony with SEVERE tooth pain for 5 or more straight days. Couldn’t sleep, up most of the night pacing around and holding my hurting face, couldn’t eat, over the counter medicines were like eating a Tic Tac…..no effect..no relief. There was nothing I did that made this thing stop. Thankfully, my dentist was able to see me the day following my call. Determination of the problem had to be made between two teeth. Since the X-ray did not give a definitive conclusion, my dentist referred me to a root canal specialist. I was not delighted about this news, but I wanted this pain and misery to end NOW! So off to Short Pump I go. Thankfully, that was the next morning of April 1, 2021. Please know this was no April Fool’s joke!! I had no prior expectations…I just wanted relief and to get home and rest.
From the lobby to the elevator to the 2nd Floor Suite….it is truly “sweet”! I was completely awe struck! I think my mouth was hanging open to view the office. Not from my tooth pain….I was in WOW oh WOW mode! This place has it all!!
The waiting area is perfect and cozy…such a beautiful arrangement. Instantly, as a nature, sea & landscape loving photographer, I so appreciate the aesthetic beauty of this space. It invites and welcomes you in and puts you in a happy, light mindset. And frankly, it made me want to be there! My tooth still was hurting, but honestly I somewhat forgot about it at this point and didn’t care as much. (smile) The spacious, well-lit, clean, unobstructed area where patients recline is so well designed and festive. The beach scenes theme on the brightly painted, colorful walls are so pretty and eye-catching….fish and all. Their state-of-the-art equipment is incredible and unlike any I have seen. (Much too much to describe here, but extremely high-tech.) I was mesmerized by it all! They have a very large, wide, comfortable chair that gives you enough room to not feel cramped and confined…almost like a bed. Very comfortable and nice. I’m thinking for anyone who may rather not be confined to tight quarters, here is another plus. This office is ideal. It was also refreshing to enjoy the view through the numerous windows. Just the sunshine alone makes quite a difference in helping to lighten a mood. Nothing gloomy or depressing around. Dr. Adam Sarnowski & the young lady assisting (please forgive me for not being able to recall your name) are Top Notch specialists! They introduced themselves, made sure I was comfortable and doing well throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Sarnowski explained the process before and during. I felt no pain from anything that went on...including the needles. For anyone who may have negative thoughts, concerns, worry, wonder or apprehension, I do understand. But…Please rest assured and trust me. The group here will remove and relieve your fears and put your mind at ease in a short time. This may sound crazy, but I did not want to leave right away when I was done. I felt fine….was just still enjoying the atmosphere. 😊 First impressions are lasting impressions. I have not been able to stop telling family and friends about how much I absolutely loved this place. I am COMPLETELY satisfied! To Dr. Sarnowski and staff...What, can I say?! You rock!! I have been talking about you all and spreading the good word ever since my experience. Shout out to you, Jeanette!! Thank you so much for calling the next day to check on me! Your warmth, care and concern is so greatly appreciated. This was my first root canal and I was terrified. I almost cancelled my appointment that morning. Dr. Harris and his staff were amazing! I felt nothing and had no pain after. When the procedure was finished I couldn't believe I had just had a root canal. If you need a root canal done, please go here. I will tell everyone to go to East Coast Endodontics! Everyone at this practice is wonderful. It's a beautiful place too!

I was referred by my dentist for a root canal. I had the root canal done and it was the easiest dental procedure I have ever had done. I have had several fillings and a crown all were worst then this root canal. Dr. Harris had a very gentle touch and explained everything step by step before he did anything. The staff was very friendly and professional and the office was clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing Endodontics treatment. I will continue to use for any future treatments needed.

Dr. Sarnowski and staff at East Coast Endodontics are absolutely wonderful!! Over the weekend, I had a terrible throbbing tooth ache and I knew that it was possible that I would need a root canal. I called a neighbor who worked in the dental field for almost 40 years, and she told me about East Coast Endodontics. She spoke so highly of them, and she told me to call first thing Monday morning to see if I could get in that same day since I was in such pain. I called at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning and was greeted with the kindest person on the other end of the phone. I told her my situation, and she said they had a 11:30 a.m. opening in their Short Pump office. I arrived and was once again greeted with kindness and compassion. (that goes a long way at any time, but especially when you aren't feeling good). I met Dr. Sarnowksi and was immediately calmed by his kind nature and calming voice. He told me that I did need a root canal, and explained to me what was involved since I had NEVER had one. I was scared to say the least, and when he asked if I had any questions, I said, "Is this going to hurt?" HIs response was, it should just feel like a long filling, no pain. He was absolutely correct....I was in the chair for about an hour, but I felt NO PAIN!!!!!!! This procedure actually went better than my last filling!!! I was so impressed, and it felt wonderful to come home and not be in pain anymore!! I took Advil when I left, and 6 hours later, but since then I haven't even needed any medicine for soreness. As you can tell, I would HIGHLY recommend East Coast Endodontics to anyone needing a root canal.....they are truly the BEST!!!!
