She helped us find our dream home today because of her hard work, attention to detail, great communication skills, love of the real estate business, and persistence. We worked with Joyner's Dial Love to find our first home in Richmond. Even though we lived and worked two hours away, Dial was a dedicated professional from the very start. She was friendly and flexible, always helping us work around our ridiculous schedules to make sure we had the chance to see the properties with the greatest potential. We recently used Joyner for two separate housing needs.

First was building our new home. Our agent, Kim Geddis, is well versed in new construction and was a huge asset. Being the first time we have ever built a house, she was there every step of the way to offer assistance and also take care of issues we had with our builder. To this day, a month after settlement, Kim is still offering assistance for builder issues. She goes above and beyond for her clients.

The second housing need, was getting Joyner involved for property management. Angie Adkins in the property management division not only took care of getting our property on the market, but had it rented with the first showing. Having a property manager takes the stress and worry off of us and Angie is a true professional in property management.

We have grown to become friends with both of our agents, they didn't view us as a transaction and then move on. We can't say enough good things about the two of them and about the management at Joyner. Cheryl and Bill run a tight ship and you can't go wrong with any of the services that Joyner offers. We would not hesitate to use Joyner in the future for our real estate needs.

Jennie and Daphne are the best! Jennie helped us move to Richmond 10 years ago and then sold the same house this summer. Daphne worked with us for several years (!!) to find the perfect lot to build our dream house. Throughout that time, we've gotten to know each other's families, enjoyed their office's social events, and developed strong friendships.
