Wells Fargo Bank

Went through the ATM at this branch for the first time. The teller Alex was personable, efficient and quick. I also enjoyed chatting with him while waiting for things to be done. The conversation made it a pleasant experience even though I normally don’t like ATMs.

We have been with Wells Fargo since Wachovia days, have always been happy with their products and service. Came in today to open a checking account for my daughter. As expected, had to wait for about 15-20 minutes until someone was available. Chelsea helped my daughter opened a checking account, thought her how to manage her account online and ways to protect her account. What made me write this review was the fact that Chelsea was knowledgeable with Wells Fargo products and promotions. She suggested a special account offered to high school seniors and give them a chance to earn $200 cash back after three months if they use their debit card 10 times each month. Of course I had to remind my daughter not to over spend and spend what she doesn’t have. Chelsea was very friendly and helpful.

Can't really understand Mr.Mizan that well but he was nice and helpful.
