“Anticipating one’s Golden Years more often includes growing wiser - not losing one’s hearing. In my case it seemed that folk’s diction was getting sloppy and I could still hear as well as I did when I was 20. Not quite so. My hearing loss progressed slowly. One ear worked as it should have for twelve years, while Hear Virginia took care of the other. I found the staff was technically proficient, and understanding my position and problems. After 12 years, I moved onto two hearing aids, well-paired for both ears. As time went on, Hva performed analyses and tweaks to assist my hearing. I have been with Hva for 39 years and recommended them to my wife (what greater compliment?). The staff has been consistent in their efforts and understanding.
