(September 2, 2020, 5:11 pm)Was expecting an Express Delivery package from the west coast (that was running late), and called the Regency Post office about its arrival. I had the BEST conversation with a government employee I’ve ever had. Not only was she simultaneously helping me and 3 other people at 4:50pm, but she was quick, effective, and VERY pleasant. She knew exactly where my package was, and had actually just sent it out for delivery. It arrived at my door 10 minutes later ( as she said it would)! That’s dedication and efficiency! A+ Recency Post Office
