I’ve been here for nearly a year as a Receptionist. I absolutely love working here. I love coming to work and hearing that certain residents have been asking for me to help them with small things. Having been here and going through the pandemic, we’ve had a lot of good people come and go. The losses of residents pains me because I’ve grown close to a lot of family members and their loved ones. I’ve been thanked more times that I can count for showing love and compassion to residents that can’t get that from their own blood and friends. Sure people have judged us harshly and have said rude things, but Canturbary staff, please remember that those people are on the outside. Not the inside. We see what is the truth. But thanks to Susan In Business Office for training me well and whole heartedly showing me how to be the best worker at Canterbury. Keep Strong Marquis!!

This will actually be my moms second time here. And she loves the place. Staff is very well trained and knows how to take care of their patients. They believe in getting their patients back to 100% or close. My mom is happy to be going back to get care from a very clean and well put together place.

Our elderly parent was taken to Canterbury for rehab, she suffers from dementia and a number of other issues. I can't tell you how nice, accommodating, and supportive the entire staff was...from Alex the Asst. Director, Susan in the business office, to the people at the front desk. They went above and beyond to ensure that our family member has a safe, secure place to call home. Thank you again!!!

Referred a family to Courtney Taylor to help figure a solution to their situation. Mom had Covid and felt alone and shunned. Ms. Taylor responded quickly and gave the family all the information they needed to make the best decision for her and them. The family was very pleased
