Commonwealth Senior Living at the West End

All of the staff at Commonwealth Senior Living at the West End are top notch! My mother was truly comfortable and enjoyed her stay with them even though it was too brief. Ruben was completely understanding of our situation and we could not have asked for more when it came to the care Mom received while living there. She had nothing but nice things to say about the staff, food and her care! My brother and I enjoyed several meals with her while she was there and the food was always delicious! They truly were there to serve Mom in every way and I am completely grateful for the care my Mom received while she was there. Thank you all for your support during a difficult time!

My Mom moved there 2 months ago. The staff could not be nicer or kinder to her. It is a top-notch facility where she gets great care with good food and lots of daily activities. It is just what Mom needed. She is very happy there.

I visited Commonwealth at the West End recently while looking for options for a dear, elderly friend of mine and can't say enough about this single-floor, home-like facility. It was bright and cheery with wide, spotless halls for wheelchairs, if needed. The individual rooms were spacious, and residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture if they desire. A small refrigerator and microwave was tucked into an alcove for off-dining snack times. I love that they serve nutritious and delicious food made from healthily-grown, farm-raised meat and produce in their beautiful dining room.The staff was genuinely friendly, and all the residents I saw looked happy--either engaged with others or busy alone. I met the activities director and happened to know her, so I am positive they will be having fun times there. With a spa-like beauty parlor, library areas with fireplaces, patios facing an open park area behind the facility and too many other amenities to list here, I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new home and lifestyle or quality-living for a treasured loved one, call Leslie or Emily for a visit before making a decision. I am glad I did.
