(April 13, 2020, 5:21 pm)Food is incredibly delicious, however I am concerned with the employees preparation of food with their long hair extensions flipping all over the food. Also refilling beverages for customers in their used cups during this pandemic! If I had not already paid, I would walk out!???????? Cannot blame owners when they trust establishment in someone hands. This is an incredible place to eat. I will not let one experience discourage me from visiting another store.! They are great!
(February 25, 2020, 9:44 pm)My husband and I share a sandwich and still take food home. The staff is friendly and the food is cooked as ordered, not precooked like some other places. When they are busy the wait can be long but well worth it. Never a bad experience. My favorite seafood eatery.
(January 2, 2020, 1:50 pm)Skrimp Shack is da bomb! Huge portions, fresh seafood, and friendly service. Been here several times and tried something new each visit. The seafood is fresh and flavorful! The sides are excellent and tasty! Cant go wrong with anything on the menu!
(June 18, 2019, 11:35 pm)We saw this place while traveling to our hotel and looked it up online. The reviews were good. 4.2 overall. We decided to go for the next day for lunch- so glad we did. The place is clean , with in house dining as well as take out. The menu has a nice variety of fried fish along with shrimp, oysters, and crabmeat - prepared in variety of ways from fish tacos, poboys, combination baskets , and sandwiches. We choose the basket with fried flounder, shrimp ,sweet potato and regular potato fries with a side of coleslaw. The food was very good. My only concern was the portions were small- but after eating- it was just enough. The Service is wonderful, and the prices reasonable . We would definitely revisit.
