(September 27, 2021, 4:13 pm)We went in to look at luxury vinyl flooring for our basement. Jesus helped us and answered all our questions. We went back in the next day, and unfortunately the flooring we wanted was not in stock in the quantity we needed. He helped us find comparable flooring in the color we wanted, and he loaded up our car with our flooring that day. He was extremely helpful and was great to work with!

(September 2, 2021, 9:06 pm)I will go back again and again. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable and know exactly what I mean when I ask about a product that I can't remember the name of.
I needed tile trim that was PVC, a quick description and the sales associate walked, me right over to what I needed.
They also have an amazing, slightly overwhelming selection of flooring and tile.
(August 10, 2021, 12:10 am)We had all of our materials picked out prior to our visit (spent a good deal of time searching inventory on the website). When we got to the store, Jesus was walking past and asked if we needed help. We accepted! He helped us locate a few extra items, sent our order in to be pulled from the back (40 boxes of vinyl), and got us to the cashier to checkout in around 20 minutes. He was friendly, willing to help, and professional. Great job, Jesus! Picking up our product at the loading station took quite a bit of time (45 min or so). There were three orders in front of us.

If there is any recognition that he would be awarded, it would be truly deserving. He was very helpful, very professional, and very patient. I’ve been to this store twice and lucky enough for me that he was working, as he patiently walked through all aisles with me and gave some helpful advice and ideas. If there were any design positions available, I think he’d be a great candidate. I will send pics once the job is complete as his input for matching is outstanding. Thank you for your help
