Kati has assisted me with 2 separate loans at Valley Star & I'll continue to ask for her! Kati goes above and beyond what's expected of her, to make sure her clients are taken care of; She's very knowledgeable & extremely personable, this makes it very easy to talk to her about your needs! I really hope that VSCU realizes what an asset Kati is to their business, and appreciates her as much as I do! She explained everything in full detail and answered all of my questions. Kati was also very clear and concise with her instruction and relaying the information about my loan and how my existing loan would be paid off. I greatly appreciate her and all her hard work.
