Bojangles

This location sucks! The Manager is so rude and even messed our order up twice. When I corrected her she had the nerve to have an attitude with me ! Excuse me I paid for what I wanted. I asked for her manager and she had a whole attitude for me asking. New management is definitely needed! The chicken was old and brown looking and I’m not sure how long it had been sitting up there. But I asked for fresh chicken and for the remaining of my order that she didn’t give me the first time and she had a whole attitude. Customer service is horrible and the establishment is dirty to include the bathrooms always and floors in the dining area. Watch out for old food here! They do not serve fresh food.

I have to confess, I am just learning how good the food is at Bojangles. The chicken is good, but not my favorite for takeout. However, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!!! The Bo Rounds… magnificent!! The biscuits are just as delicious as my grandmothers and that’s hard to do. I give this place a 4 out of 5 because they didn’t have many condiments (hot sauce and honey mustard) available. It seemed to be across the board because I went to one location in NC and weeks later went to a VA location and they were out as well. At the same time, this place beats out all other fast food restaurants. Enjoy! Tell them Tk sent you 😉

Every so often I grab a meal from off the top of the trash in the dumpster after business hours. Always a decent amount of still hot and uncontaminated chicken and biscuits to hold me over in rougher times. Thanks for being there. ✌🏻🐰
