Hopewell Convalescent Center

Things aren't perfect but, considering what the health professionals there have to handle and deal with, it's a necessary situation for a lot of people. I've been there many times and found everyone helpful and friendly. I've been to fancier centers but , when you get down to it, they're much the same. They welcome me and are very responsive on every visit. Thank goodness we have people there who do their jobs and show up every day.

My experience with the Hopewell Healthcare Center, have for the most part been a pleasant experience. My incapacitated family member, for which I am the Guardian, arrived at the facility in April of 2019. Since being in the facility, she have progressed greatly. The environment in the facility coupled with her being close to me and my family have prompted a bright spark in her eyes, and in general, she are happier.

My initial point of contact with the Hopewell Health Care Center was with Mrs. Whitney Denefield. Mrs. Denefield have continued to be a joy to work with. She are to be commended for her initiative, eagerness, and proficiency in assisting, my family with the placement and the transfer of my incapacitated family member from the state of New York.

There are two nurses assistant, who provide care for my family member, that must be recognized as well and especially Miss. Hughes. I have had one incident involving the posting of my required payment that are disturbing to me. My payment was submitted on August 31, 2019, and was due on September 1, 2019. However, I was charged with having a delinquent payment obligation, due to no fault of mine. In spite of my account having been paid early, it was not posted until September 18, 2019.

Overall, my family and I are satisfied with the care that our family member are receiving. The facility are also, convenient due to being located only twelve (12) miles from our residence.
