Stay-Over Suites

Sheliena was very helpful at the front desk. She immediately helped with any problems I had during my stay. She is extremely professional and a great asset to your company. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is great, the rooms were nice, probably one of the best around and the customer service is superb. Tall guy upfront has a great personality and it felt genuine which made everything better. Who cares if Wanda seemed a little rude but I overlook that because the other workers were very friendly lol

I had the opportunity to spend over a week at Stay-Over Suites in Hopewell VA. I am sensitive to my environment, so every hotel stay I never know how my body will react, if I'll feel sick when I wake up, or if I'll sleep well. Stay-Over Suites in Hopewell is a very healthy building! I felt great there - wish I could live there actually because I felt so good and slept so well!! That is not the case with most places I stay, so this is a high mark for how clean and healthy this facility is!! The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable making for an even better night sleep! It's quiet, clean, and comfortable. The service is also excellent! They are friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Peter and every employee interaction was very professional, and they strive to make your stay a welcoming, homey one. I also appreciated all the amenities such as washer/dryer onsite, dining area with breakfast every morning, coffee and hot water for tea/coffee whenever you want it, 5 gallon spring water for drinking, full kitchen in room, fitness room, elevator. I also felt very safe there day or night. Traveling alone, this was very important to me. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to stay at Stay-Over Suites! I'm looking forward to next time! Highly recommend!! If I could give it more stars, I would!
