Fatboy's Grill & Steamshack

We love going to Fatboy's because the food is always great and a great price. Unfortunately, the service is extremely slow, about half the time. The servers pay way more attention to the bar area than the dining area. If you sit on the bar side, you will have no issues. We don't, so we do deal with slow help from the servers. Most are extremely nice when you see them, but you will be waiting for service and refills a while.

The Catfish Bites were awesome!! I had the NC BBQ sandwich with hush puppies. I've had better BBQ it needed more vinegar. The hush puppies were really good. My wife got the salad. It was huge! My son got the chicken tenders. The service was okay but not exceptionally great. The atmosphere was ugh, should have sat outside. A little to noise but that may have been the caliber of people beside us. Other than that it will be worth coming back again for those catfish bites!

My husband and I ate an early dinner for the first time here. Waitress was nice, food was good. Husband ordered a burger and I ordered a fried chicken sandwich (buffalo style). Both meals were made well and tasted great. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Went after sup boarding for lunch. Love the atmosphere. Spacious seating. I got surf and turf and key lime pie drink. It was very flavorful. Liked the dill pickle chips and sauces. French fries were golden brown and crisp on the outside like I like them. Spouse got pastrami reuban which was very tasty too. He did the bloody Mary bar, and whatever he made it with was delightful. Will return to this place! It's in a strip mall, so you you may drive past it and turn around, but it would be worth it!
