The Nest on 17

The office staff at Nest 17 is amazing. I’m a disabled veteran that’s gone most of the year doing Search and Rescue for a nonprofit. My hours, lifestyle etc make it difficult to rent to me. However, Karrah and Tara made things not only easy, but welcoming. I got a beautiful unit with a garage which was a difficult requirement and that made it a breeze. The unit is amazing, the complex is beautiful. I’ve watched Karrah handle issues on her own, after hours, because she is concerned for her residents. I’ve never lived in a better place. As a disabled veteran, I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I moved to the Nest on 17 temporarily while our house was being built. Unfortunately, we ran into delays with our builder and have been here for 2 years now. The apartments themselves are very nice and sizable. They also have many great amenities, including a pool, fitness center and clubhouse, which are well cared for and extremely clean. We've really enjoyed having access to these things and especially love the additional storage space you get outside the apartment. Best of all, the staff are AMAZING! They are incredibly responsive to the residents and do everything possible to make sure you have a positive experience while living here. They are genuinely friendly and do little things to to make you feel at home. I've seen them give doggie treats to pets when residents come to the rental office to pay rent; they host fun activities that are of interest to both families and adults; they are accommodating to residents who have special circumstances (like us); and they make certain that any concerns and work orders are addressed quickly and to the best of their ability. Building a house has been an extraordinarily stressful experience for us, and we are so GRATEFUL to have had the support of the staff to ease the burden. We truly could not have found a better place to live. If you're looking for a new home, the Nest is the place to be!

My first experience living in an apartment and I love it. The office staff Tara and Karrah are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not to mention maintenance fixes everything ASAP. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

Love the Nest! The amenities are wonderful and the Clubhouse is nice and clean. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you, especially Tara! The maintenance guys are also very friendly and can always be seen doing something around the complex. Can't recommend enough!!

I've lived at The Nest on 17 for a little over a year now and continually have a positive experience. The management is friendly and engaging. With regards to any concerns, maintenance request, etc. follow up is timely and work is complete efficiently and to high standard. The amenities available are well kept and accessible. My neighbors are courteous and community engagement with both the residents as well as city is a regular occurrence. The location makes my commute to work easy while remaining accessible to other social activities. The 1 bedroom / 1.5 bath unit is incredibly spacious with plenty of storage availability. I highly recommend The Nest on 17!
