Beaverbrook Manor Mobile Home Park

Quiet and homely place to live. Owners/Caretakers care very much for their small community. Many folks here have lived here for 20-30+ years. I only just got here this year, and this is the second place I've ever lived on my own, now with my wife. I count myself very blessed to have found and acquired a domicile here. My neighbors are so very nice. And it's DEAD quiet, like ALL the time. It's amazing. And it's located in a very geographically strategic spot. Multiple ways to reach Suffolk within 25mins. And, of course, with the Town of Franklin right next door, we very rarely have to travel far for anything. If we do, it's for familial visits. All in all, Beaverbrook Manor does a FANTASTIC job at quelling any and all negative feelings one might have for a "trailer park". I'd rather live here than anywhere else in Franklin, that's for SURE! Especially a great spot for a young couple like ourselves to use as a first stepping stone on the tumultuous walk of life. I will be forever grateful to Beaverbrook Manor for giving a young stranger a chance.

Usually quiet, good neighbors. Only issue is the mail and package carriers flying through here. Dont even slow down for the speed bumbs. So if you see them coming, better get out the way.
